Puppy contract and agreements
A deposit will be required to save your place in line for a puppy. Puppy deposits will be accepted to secure your position for an upcoming litter once the breeding has been confirmed. Puppy deposits should be mailed to:

The deposit will be refunded if I cannot provide you with a puppy of the same sex you requested in writing. (For example, the litter reabsorbed or there are too few pups for the wait list) Return of deposits will be due within one month of the birth of the litter, unless you chose to apply your deposit to another waitlist.
Prospective buyers agree to pick up their puppy in person when the puppy is between the ages of 7-9 weeks. Failure to pick up your puppy during this window will result in forfeit of your deposit, unless other arrangements have been made in writing with the breeder. Overseas puppy buyers may arrange for the puppy to be sent via cargo in specific situations.
